Senior Sales Executive – Cross-Border Solutions

Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Executive to drive growth by managing the entire sales cycle for our Cross-Border Payments service. The successful candidate will engage with senior decision-makers, articulate our value proposition effectively, and close strategic deals to expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and pursue strategic sales opportunities with financial institutions, large retail chains, and big-box retailers.
- Manage end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation and initial contact to negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor and partner.
- Clearly articulate VoPay's cross-border payments solution, tailoring pitches to client-specific needs and business objectives.
- Ability to understand industry or country/region-specific use cases and position VoPay’s solution and its value proposition accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Operations, Marketing, and Customer Success) to ensure alignment and successful client onboarding.
- Regularly report on pipeline, forecast accurately and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Contribute to the product strategy by providing feedback and market intelligence to key internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing for segmenting, targeting and positioning the solution.
- Staying informed about cross-border solutions market trends, competitive landscape, and evolving customer needs in VoPay’s focus market.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of senior-level sales experience, preferably within fintech, payments, financial services, or retail solutions.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully managing complex sales cycles and achieving revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to engage effectively with C-suite executives and senior decision-makers.
- Deep understanding of cross-border payments, fintech, or financial technology preferred.
- Self-motivated, strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
Compensation
$90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
