About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and trusted Senior Recruiter to lead end-to-end talent acquisition across multiple interrelated businesses. This role will partner closely with founders, senior executives, and business leaders to build high-performing teams across functions and regions.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for senior, specialized, and critical roles across multiple business entities
• Partner with founders and executive leadership to define hiring strategy, role scope, and success profiles
• Build, manage, and maintain strong talent pipelines aligned to business priorities
• Conduct high-level candidate screening, assessment, and evaluation
• Manage interview processes, stakeholder coordination, offer negotiations, and hiring execution
• Provide market intelligence, compensation insights, and hiring advisory to leadership
• Maintain structured tracking systems to ensure process efficiency and visibility
• Deliver a seamless, professional, and confidential candidate experience
• Operate independently with full ownership of searches from intake through onboarding transition
• Ensure consistent execution across multiple concurrent searches and time zones
The ideal candidate will have:
• 7+ years of progressive experience in recruitment, executive search, or talent acquisition, preferably within the Fintech, Payments, Financial Services, or Technology sectors
• Demonstrated experience hiring for fintech-critical functions such as Engineering, Product, Payments, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Operations
• Strong understanding of the fintech talent landscape, including regulatory and compliance-driven hiring environments
• Experience partnering directly with founders, C-level executives, and senior leadership teams
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent searches across fast-paced, high-growth environments
Salary Range: $70,000- $90,000
